Google will begin deleting accounts that have not been used or signed into for at least two years. Google said that inactive accounts are more likely to be compromised. The policy includes the deletion of content within Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet, Calendar), YouTube and Google Photos. “The earliest we will begin deleting accounts is December 2023,” Google said.
